East downtown's game sausage hangout Moon Tower Inn is dreaming big for its rebuild — expanded kitchen, a water harvest system and now, two of 42 taps of beer will be brewed on-site. James McDonald and Andrew Byrd, formerly of homebrew store DeFalco's, will manage the production of two beers at a time, including their flagship Second Ward Stout. Look forward to growler sales and pint nights when the restaurant reopens in the spring. [Lushtastic]
