The TV chef with the bulging biceps, Robert Irvine of Food Network's Restaurant Impossible, is making the show's first visit to Texas to help fix up Pelican Grill in Seabrook. Owners John and Laura Walker will have two days and $10,000 plus Irvine's seasoned, sometimes salty, advice to remake, reorganize and refresh the restaurant.
