Hubcap, the Modular Team Up; Flying Saucer Pint Nite

MONTROSE — Ricky Craig from Hubcap Grill is joining food truck the Modular for one night only, this Wednesday at Grand Prize, in a special super-group they call Hubcap-ular. The regular menu will be supplemented with Hubcap's infamous waffle burgers and Craig's personal pasta and sauce recipe. In addition to Meatless Mondays, the nouveau-Indian restaurant has also instituted Community Breakfasts on the second Saturday of every month, during which 50% of the proceeds from open until noon benefit a chosen charity.
