Downtown Vietnamese restaurant Cafe Shoppe has closed and will be replaced by a new restaurant called the Walker Street Gastropub. The location just east of US 59 continues the transformation of old Chinatown from Asian restaurants into spaces that cater to the crowds for Astros and Dynamo games. [kylejack/Twitter]
