Mexican restaurant Cafe Adobe CEO Bob Borochoff has bought out the restaurant's original partners and now owns 100% of the company. Cafe Adobe also announced that it has sold its restaurant space at 2111 Westheimer to finance the buyout. As a stand-alone restaurant space inside the loop with lots of parking, the site should be a hot commodity that will attract significant interest. Merits watching. [Houston Business Journal]
