Local cookbook author Erin Hicks has just released her latest work titled Houston Small Plates & Sips. The book features recipes from many Houston restaurants including Reef, Brasserie 19 and Uchi. In addition to recipes for food, each dish is paired with a cocktail from bars such as Mongoose Versus Cobra and Anvil.
On Thursday November 8, Hicks will host a reception and book signing event at Arturo's Uptown Italiano in Uptown Park from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. Houston Small Plates & Sips costs $24.95.
