With the opening of an El Tiempo location on Navigation next year, the Laurenzo family will make their return to the neighborhood Ninfa Laurenzo made famous with her eponymous restaurant in the 1970s. In addition, a three-block long stretch of Navigation will be transformed into a "pedestrian-oriented promenade with landscaping, benches, two small restaurant pads and shaded structures to house scores of vendors."
