Torchy's Tacos has announced that their third Houston location will open sometime next year in the space previously occupied by Gugliani's in Rice Village. Although there's no arguing with Torchy's success, critics basically perceive it as the Olive Garden of taco stands: soulless, homogenized and appealing to people too lazy or stupid to know better.
