DOWNTOWN— Chef Viet Pham of Forage in Salt Lake City will cook a dinner with the crew from Oxheart on Monday November 26. Chef Pham is known for his use of foraged ingredients. The menu will blend Pham's usual ingredients from Utah with Gulf Coast specialties. There will only be two seatings at 6:00 and 8:30 for 15 people each.
