Viet Pham Comes to Oxheart; Craft Beer Quest

DOWNTOWN— Chef Viet Pham of Forage in Salt Lake City will cook a dinner with the crew from Oxheart on Monday November 26. Chef Pham is known for his use of foraged ingredients. The menu will blend Pham's usual ingredients from Utah with Gulf Coast specialties. There will only be two seatings at 6:00 and 8:30 for 15 people each. DOWNTOWN— This Saturday October 13 The Brewery Incubator will host Craft Beer Quest. Participants will journey through the neighborhood seeking beer tasting stations by using clue cards. They'll compete for an invitation to the private tasting party which includes new and rare beers not available in Texas and a number of prizes selected just for the craft beer aficionado. SIGNINGWIRE— On Tuesday October 16, Mockingbird Bistro will host a signing event for the cookbook Green Beans and Guacamole, which compiles recipes from over 50 local chefs.
