It's been a busy few weeks for chefs like Underbelly's Chris Shepherd and Oxheart's Justin Yu. They're constantly being asked to contribute to dinners such as the James Beard Foundation's Celebrity Chef Tour Dinner a couple weeks ago at Creole institution Brennan's. Still, that doesn't mean they can't smile and enjoy a moment of levity after the service is complete.
