The Burger Guys' downtown location has been open only since Halloween and is already blowing minds with their signature burgers, specialty sodas from Maine Root and giant vats of sauces. Visiting food critic, Katharine Shilcutt also found "a crisp char on the outside of the plump, hand-formed patty and a rosy bloom inside that pours over with meat juices once you break through the craggy exterior."
