Don't Panic: The Pass Opens November 27

Chefs Seth Siegel-Gardner and Terrence Gallivan announced yesterday that The Pass, the conceptual, tasting menu half of their restaurant The Pass & Provisions, will open for dinner service beginning Tuesday November 27. Diners can start making reservations today at 5:00 p.m. via Opentable on the restaurant's website or by calling 713-628-9020.

29-95's Greg Morago reports that the 36 seat restaurant will only have one seating per night. As for the cost, an earlier piece by Morgao suggested $65 for five courses and $95 for eight, but yesterday's article states that "Prices have not been set."

Regardless of cost, diners who have already packed Provisions will likely line up to experience the restaurant that Eater National already picked as the hottest restaurant in the country.
