Having thoroughly profiled Pass & Provisions chefs Seth Siegel-Gardner and Terrence Gallivan, it's time to turn to beverage director Fred Jones. In addition to the already familiar tales of his theatrical training, Jones reveals that one of his hobbies is "sitting around in my underwear channeling madness through my 50-year-old Remington typewriter."
