"An early sampling of dishes included spicy stewed Indian chickpeas served with buttery crostini; pakoras (Indian fried vegetable fritters); spicy lamb pizza with house-made mozzarella on a cracker crust; sauteed Masala shrimp with chiles and caperberries; pork ribs brushed with a zippy tomato-onion sauce; and braised short ribs topped with quail eggs on cauliflower puree."
