Houston Press critic Katharine Shilcutt visited the newly opened Walker Street Gastropub last week and found a restaurant that's not quite ready for prime time. Although she enjoyed a pizza, the restaurant still lacks a liquor license, which makes it can't currently fulfill the "pub" part of its name. [Eating Our Words]
