MONTROSE— Ned Elliot of Austin restaurant Foreign & Domestic will make an appearance this Sunday at Paulie's for a brunch to raise money for Run for Life: Haiti. The organization seeks to raise money to improve health care in Port-Au-Prince, which has the worst infant mortality rate in the Western Hemisphere.
