The first is a 17 course affair that will take place at Kitchen Inc on Franklin Street downtown this Saturday and Sunday for $115 or $175 with pairings. The second will be a 14 course meal at Dallas's hottest restaurant FT33 in collaboration with chef Matt McCallister. That's Monday January 14 and costs $125 or $150 with parings.
