Black Walnut Cafe is opening a fifth location in the former Otto's Barbecue location on Memorial Drive. The casual, counter-service spot offers breakfast, lunch and dinner in Sugar Land, Rice Village, Cinco Ranch and the Woodlands. It definitely also offers a morning happy hour from 7am-10:30am and there is nothing wrong with that. [HBJ]
