The Hay Merchant Christens Their Patio

Beer nerds all over Houston are drooling over The Hay Merchant's beer selections, which are viewable over their newly live website, and not surprisingly, you won't find any Budweiser or Bud Light on the menu.

In the theme of all things that get done right before a restaurant/bar opens, they also christened the place by pouring some of those non-menu beers out on the patio floor.

Don't worry, it should be all dried up and safe for you to sit on this Wednesday, when they officially open to the public.
