Mike Riccetti of Examiner.com (Cheap Eats Houston editor) went about listing a whole bunch of prices for fajitas at places around town. After all, it was "Ninfa’s on Navigation where the fajita grew to fame." While he lists the prices of the dishes in totally random order, he never gives us an actual number aka, the index. While we're writers by trade, we did a little rough number crunching and came to this: Houston's Fajita index, according to the data gathered by Mr. Riccetti is $13.99. So, yeah, Houston does have a fajita index, and although it is very unscientifically founded, it is very delicious. [Examiner.com]
