A Look Inside the Recently Opened La Fisheria

Thanks to those handy little "translate" options on Facebook, we now are able to tell you that the brand-spanking-new La Fisheria, from Latin American cheflebrity, Aquiles Chávez, is open this week for dinner only. Although everything they have in the way of marketing at the moment is in Spanish, it hasn't stopped the English-speaking diners from getting excited about this fresh, actually-from-Mexico-Mexican seafood restaurant.

Chef Chávez and partners, according to Eating Our Words, moved to Houston to escape the growing drug violence in Mexico and, in the process, opened La Fisheria.
