Trader Joe's is outer-looping it again with a possible site near Voss and San Felipe on the west side of town, according to a "little permit report" found by Swamplot on UltimateMontrose.com. Remember when all of those inner-loopers got all excited about a Trader Joe's location in the old Alabama Theatre, just to find out they'd started construction in The Woodlands first? The good news is that it looks like there will now be a grand total of 3 Trader Joe's locations in the Houston area, where there once was 0, and because of that, we really don't care where in or out of the loop they fall.
