Here's the thing about Convey Sushi, the cute little conveyor belt Japanese concept in Market Square downtown: they look closed from the outside (and aren't open this week), but they've been known to take a hiatus now and then. What we're trying to say here is that while all signs point to the fact that yes, they have shuttered for good, the owners haven't confirmed and even their landlord has been told they were re-opening next week.
