Texas takes its barbecue serious, which is probably a contributing factor in this year's huge numbers at the Rodeo World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Contest held over the weekend. Breaking attendance records by an astounding 16,000 people, over 260,000 people showed up this year. As far as the competitors go, Motley Que Crew (which was founded here in Houston in 2003 complete with original team member, Guy Fieri) took home the title of Overall Grand Champion.
