Yesterday it was Austin chef Kurt Ramborger up for a semifinal vote in Eater National's Hottest Chef 2012 competition (and he won!) and today, it's Jill Bates of Fearing's in Dallas. Since we're not sore losers, let's help out Bates and push for a little Texan on Texan hot chef action. Um, that's so not what it sounded like, but you get the point.
