So apparently, Katsuya by Starck, the California sushi import in West Ave is NOT opening March 2 as previously reported. A tipster let us know that Katsuya called those with reservations on the originally scheduled opening date of this Friday to explain that they were having "'last minute problems,' and some mention of a license not filed."
