Dallas Salvadorian Tex-Mex staple (yes, that's a thing) Gloria's is traveling South and into the old Midtown location of Ruby Tequila's. This will be the restaurant's first Houston location, though it currently has a dozen in Dallas and one in Austin. Expect a spring opening, sour cream enchiladas and maybe some MILFs, too.
