Renovations are already under way at the former Beer Island for the soon-to-be 5th Houston location of Little Woodrow's. There's not a fairy light or palm tree in sight. With Fitzgerald's across the street and Jimmie's and Christian's Tailgate down the road, the corner of White Oak and Studemont is quickly becoming the place for drinking cheap beer in some lived-in grime.
