Recipe for Success, a local non-profit that advocates for healthy eating by teaching school children how to garden, cook and more, is setting up their own food trucks (of a sort). Fresh produce vans, according to founder Gracie Cavnar, will "roll into a neighborhood, pop out our awning and set up a temporary market with the produce of the day" and sometimes even feature chefs doing cooking demos to teach how to cook the vegetables available. By the end of 2012, the vans will roll into "Denver Harbor, Sunnyside, Kashmere Gardens and Acres Homes" to provide an oasis. [CHRON]
