The field is slowly narrowing, and congratulations to heat 4 winner, Jennifer Hill of Ava Kitchen & Whiskey Bar. That makes 3 gals and one guy - Ronnie Killen, in the semi-finals. Now it's time to turn the heat up yet another notch for today's field of competitors.

Up for a vote today are Raj Dixit, who was so attractive, we could feel the heat all the way from his kitchen at The Inn at Dos Brisas, just outside of Houston in Washington, Texas; the lovely and talented new transplant Monica Glenn, pastry chef at Uchi Houston; sous chef at Sullivan's Steakhouse and resident cutie, Bradley Hamil; and the very enthusiastically nominated (by several different people) Kevin Naderi of newly opened Roost.
