Last month, Food & Wine magazine announced a new facet in their search for the up and comers in the restaurant kitchens of America: a people's choice of best new pastry chefs. The final nominees have been released and voting starts now. In a bit of a downer, there is only one representative for Houston. In better news, that makes Houstonians' votes easier to decide, right?
