Yep, We're Still Posting About Underbelly

The Underbelly website is finally live, slightly less than one week after they opened to the public (today marks their 1-week anniversary, by the way). In it we find out that "Chris [Shepherd, chef/owner] has described Houston as 'The most secretive and dynamic culinary destination in the country,'" that Shepherd has a "habit of haunting divey restaurants in some of Houston's most culturally extreme neighborhoods," and that sous Ryan Lachaine is a "former hockey player and native Canadian."
