First it was Monica Pope, and now Mark Holley, executive chef at Pesce, has lent his name to a chef-focused ad campaign for Fiesta. Since Holley is captain of a notable seafood menu, he spends his 32 seconds standing by the shrimp.
The idea is, if you want to "cook like a chef, you have to shop like a chef," but both are a lot easier when a big-name dude like Holley is standing in your local seafood aisle advising you to "saute with a little fresh herbs and it'll be great."
