Boo for Houston not winning the Southern Living online vote for the title of the "Tastiest Town in the South" (that went to Lafayette), but yay for Houston being considered "one of the tastiest towns in the South." Even though the latter honor is more generalized, here are "some of the eateries" and meals there that made it so: Pondicheri for breakfast, Pho Binh for lunch, The Hay Merchant for an Avery Czar (even though they could have mentioned any of the close to 30 beers brewed in and around Houston, but who's counting?), and dinner, of course, at Underbelly.
