It is with great sadness that we gather here today to bid farewell to Houston's members-only club named unironically after a restaurant in American Psycho. That's right, it took five long months for the owners of Dorsia to realize the insanity of their enterprise and now they're changing strategies. The space will be transformed into New American restaurant Hawthorn under new management but with the same chef, Riccardo Palazzo-Giorgio. General manager Cory Graff describes the menu as "current" but "not trendy." [Culturemap]
