Harvest Live Grille, an upscale-ish, healthy-ish restaurant on the westside, opens this week to the public. Syd Kearney, of the Chronicle and 29-95, accidentally stumbled upon their friends and family service this weekend and found a very open kitchen, a lovely patio, flatbreads, salads and pastas and plenty of $12 glasses of wine. The owner is "shooting for Wednesday or Thursday, March 28 or March 29" for an opening. [29-95]
