Underbelly, and we mean all of Underbelly, is open to the public today at 11 a.m. (which is RIGHT NOW). The restaurant's soft opening started last Thursday and the wine bar has been serving guests since February 24. Basically, we're saying they're ready for you.
The man, the myth, the legend himself, owner and chef Chris(t) Shepherd writes, "Welcome to my dream! The time is now!"
Congratulations team Underbelly. We would be lying if we didn't admit this news makes us a tad misty eyed.
