First, Revival Market put up their new sign, then got a "??" from Alison Cook at the Houston Chronicle and now, they appear in the March/April 2012 edition of National Geographic Traveler magazine. Noted in an article about the farm-to-table movement taking hold of the nation's culinary scene, co-owner of the local-everything market and cafe, Ryan Pera told the magazine, "We wanted to do charcuterie as an Italian might, and smoke a brisket as a Texan."
