So, Paul Qui, (ZOMG! - he's handsome, he's a Top Chef, he's a James Beard finalist) will be guest cheffing at Uchi Houston starting tomorrow, as previously reported...twice. Here's a few of his signature dishes that will be on the menu during the almost-weeklong stint: Uni Crab, Truffled Congee, and the Sunchoke Dashi soup.
