Xtreme Breakfast Project

Chronicle food critic, Alison Cook has assigned herself an "Xtreme Breakfast Project" aka eating-stuff-that-most-Americans-don't-eat-for-breakfast for breakfast. Her latest venture was Chinese at Classic Kitchen and here are the Xtreme dishes she ate: sweet jellied tofu (it "soothed"), salty jellied tofu (it "invigorated"!), Thousand-Layer Pancake ("soppable"), soup and several iterations of dumplings. Sounds Xcellent. [29-95]
