SUGAR LAND—This Thursday (tomorrow), at BLU in the 'burbs, there will be some of Houston's finest bartenders competing for a $1,000 prize (sponsored by El Tesoro). MUSEUM DISTRICT—Tales of the Cocktail, a New Orleans booze festival, is making a little side tour to Texas before the big event in NOLA at the end of May.
