Mike Riccetti, the Cheap Eats Houston Examiner.com guy, builds a very compelling argument that Houston has the best "restaurant row" in Texas. By "row," he's talking about Lower Westheimer in Montrose, whose culinary inhabitants include Underbelly, L'Olivier, Poscol, Mark's, Anvil, Uchi and the newly announced Brande (among so many others). Also, he's totally right on this one. [Examiner.com]
