Dallas Hearts Oxheart

Even Dallas is fawning over Houston's newest big-deal restaurant, Oxheart. Dallas Morning News critic, Leslie Brenner, found it "absolutely wonderful," and tried "a meditation on kohlrabi," "charred spring onions," and some other dishes with obscure vegetables that no one knows how to pronounce, some of which she hadn't even heard of before. In the end, Brenner's "wow" tally is at a two, which in Eater terms would translate into "really f***ing good." [Eats Blog]
