Haute Wheels food truck festival organizers promise they have their shit together this year. The festival's organizer told Paul Galvani, "we’ve made some significant changes -- all designed to make the event more enjoyable." Translation: only 2,500 people allowed in each day, increased number of food trucks and because this is Texas, "a lot more shade." [29-95]
