Culturemap's Sarah Rufca is totally not into chef Aquiles Chavez's La Fisheria. At all. She gives them credit for decor, where "everything looks just right," but finds the menu "confusing," the Saltines served with the ceviche "unbalances the acidic tang," and a pizza "tasted limp."
