Underbelly bartender Sheridan Fay placed fourth nationally at the Mix It Up competition sponsored by Don Q Rum. She tells Eater that she competed against 28 other contestants who each placed first in their local Mix It Ups. Fay dubbed her drink the Cochi Monster, which she said tastes like flan.
