Mike Riccetti of Examiner.com has reported that Greek diner Bibas will open at 233 Main Street in the location previously occupied by El Rey Taqueria. It is not yet clear whether the restaurant will resemble the Bibas Kit Bar diner on West Gray that closed last year or the Bibas Greek-style pizza concept that previously occupied a space on Memorial Drive. A breakfast menu and press clipping touting the pizza are both posted on an exterior window of the new space. An opening date is unknown at this time. [Examiner.com]
