Underbelly's First Beer Dinner; Crawfish Festival This Weekend; Aduriz Interviewed

NATIONAL— Over the weekend, Eater National interviewed Spanish chef Andoni Luis Aduriz of Mugaritz (ranked #3 in the world) about his new Phaidon book and his restaurant. Aduriz talks about the creative process, cultural interpretation, having fun, soccer, and his goals: "I went to cooking school decades ago, and there they taught me how to make delicious food. MONTROSEUnderbelly announced yesterday that their first beer dinner will be a collaboration with Austin-based Jester King to be held on Thursday June 7 at 6:30 p.m. Underbelly's Kevin Floyd will pair rare offerings from Jester King, including barrel aged farmhouse releases, with a five course menu from Chris Shepherd.
