Apparently the entire Oxheart team had some free time this week, as pastry chef and co-owner Karen Man wrote yesterday for the first time since the restaurant opened about her philosophy for baking and pastry. When it comes to desserts, she writes, "my aim is to finish your meal with something that is simple, clean, not-too-heavy, memorable and hopefully refreshing." [Nomadic Root]
