Esquire released its list of the 12 Best Bars in America, and, as befits its status atop the newly updated Cocktail Heatmap, Anvil makes the cut. Correspondent David Wondrich praises Anvil owner Bobby Heugel and his team for figuring out on their own how to create a cocktail bar that's uniquely Houston.
